French Quotes?
[edit]Perhaps the French quotes shouldn't be here, just their English translations? I'd imagine most readers of en.wikipedia.org don't speak French anyhow. If you want the French versions, I'd imagine you could just go to Fr:Christine Boutin. Ash Lux 02:37, 31 August 2005 (UTC)
- Its more complete to have the French quotes, though. There are some vagaries in translation occaisionally, so with the original French one could verify the translation if you felt there was a problem. Thats my two cents. --Syrthiss 15:37, August 31, 2005 (UTC)
- I don't think they should be here at all. There's more of them than anything else in the article. Surely her political career is built on more than opposing civil unions (of course, that's not unknown, sad...) Carolynparrishfan 00:37, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- Shouldn't the quotes just go to wikiquotes ? And add a template directing user to the wikiquote about her ? --Julien 10:18, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
Most of those quotations are not from her, but from an another french MP, Christian Vanneste. The origin of those quotations are not specified, so, I delete them.

Marie-Christine Boutin
[edit]Is this the same politician as "Marie-Christine Boutin" from the New York Times article: Questions Raised About a Code of Silence? If so, can someone add an explanation about how she is known by this name as well? Thanks, — sligocki (talk) 17:07, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
