Fellow Wikipedians,

I find that Chris meets the minimum standard to remain a page on Wikipedia due to the following reasons:

-Gained national media attention as an individual (note: New York Times article, http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/07/sports/ncaafootball/in-this-version-rudy-has-a-brother-who-walked-on-too.html).

-He is seen in minimum roles beyond WP:ROUTINE notability.

-Played football on a professional level, comparable to Canada's Pro leagues.
