[edit]I appreciate they acted in good faith, but in making recent edits, user Millou66 has removed a number of links to other Wikipedia pages. The current content also does not conform to Wikipedia standards in a number of ways (e.g. the way they have chosen to organise content). This user claims to be the daughter of the subject which also brings potential issues of objectivity. I have previously reverted this page to an earlier, clean version in order to restore the deleted content, but this user has reversed the changes again and stated that she is following the subject's wishes. I propose again that we revert to an earlier version, and if the user wishes to re-add in any content, they can do so while following Wikipedia standards. - I don't claim to be the daughter of Chris Kelly, I am the daughter of Chris Kelly. There have been many inaccuracies on his wikipedia page and they need to be corrected. If I am entering the information in an incorrect format you have my permission to amend the format. Please do not keep deleting it all though. I am entering accurate information that my father would like on his Wikipedia entry. I will keep trying to do that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Millou66 (talk • contribs) 15:34, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
- I am sure we all want the same thing, which is for the article to be fully accurate, so your corrections to inaccuracies are of course welcome. Please note that the public do not need the permission of the relatives of their subject in order to make edits to Wikipedia pages; Wikipedia is open to everyone to edit it provided the information can be demonstrated to be reliable via supporting citations. Sounds like we all want the same from this article, i.e. complete accuracy, so best wishes for your future edits. Peteinterpol (talk) 18:05, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
This page is very poor. I am far from an expert on Chris Kelly, but he is someone who deserves a far better page. I don't have the time or the knowledge/skill.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.90.192.68 (talk) 19:59, 27 November 2018 (UTC)
Request for photograph of Chris Kelly
[edit]I would imagine that at least one recent editor is in a unique position of being able to add a photograph of Mr Kelly to improve the article. Any chances? :-) Peteinterpol (talk) 18:08, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
