After Meher proves her innocence, she tries to get Punjab Dal back to Sarabjeet Singh Gill & so Meher has to reach Delhi. She reaches and makes a video call to Sarab & says that she will return in a week, on her way back to Amritsar she meets with Sandhya & Sanjiv(Sandhya's Boyfriend) who ask her to save from her brother & her father while running back Sanjiv gets shot with gun & dies on the spot. Sandhya & Meher run while Sanjiv is left behind. Meher gets shot on her left leg and asks Sandhya to run for her unborn baby's sake & asks Sandhya to make a promise that she won't tell that Meher is in trouble. She runs & reaches Gill Mansion & faints on the door. There in Sandhya's house, Meher gets torched with hands in a bag full of rats. Sarabjeet calls the doctor to check up Sandhya. The doctor says Sandhya is fine but needs rest. After Sandhya wakes Sarab questions her. She says nothing about Meher. While Sarab senses some danger lurking on Meher he tries to find Meher but fails. After he gets the exact location of Meher's whereabouts, Sarab tries to reach there with the police but fails as the police are also involved with Sandhya's brother & father. They reach her but there was a landmine placed. Sarab stepped on it and it blasted & Sarab thinks that Meher is dead. He does her last rites. Some days later Sameer(News reporter, Sandhya's childhood friend) says to Sarabjeet that Meher is alive. He fails to believe until he shows some proof regarding Meher is alive. Later, Harleen & Kulwant insist Sarab to marry Sandhya as Param, Karan & Seher need a mother. While in the hospital Meher regains consciousness but loses her memory so the doctors force her to donate her organs but false fire alarm goes off and the doctor leaves the room so the nurses take Meher to changing room & give her a dress to wear and say her to leave the hospital right away. She regains a little memory on seeing the T.V in the changing room & poster on the wall so runs to the Gill Mansion. Meanwhile, Sarab agrees to marry Sandhya, all the functions take place on the same day & as marriage happens Meher arrives at the Gill Mansion with a horse. Everyone gets shocked on seeing Meher alive. But Sandhya marries Sameer instead of Sarabjeet Singh Gill. Geetika Kaur (talk) 04:15, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
