And continues to be a promotion rather than an article on Chopard. Sad to see wikipedia allow this to continue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.229.35.217 (talk) 03:18, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
Translation project
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are a digital agency servicing Chopard and are currently involved in a project concerning their Wikipedia pages.
Chopard is very enthusiastic about the Wikipedia page dedicated to its company, written and moderated by contributors like you, and would like to form stronger relations with all experienced contributors who have worked on articles about Chopard on Wikipedia, as well as with watch enthusiasts in general. Our wish is to be part of the collaborative process, to which you participated, in order to maintain consistency and to further share knowledge about Chopard. We are interested developing Wikipedia articles in other languages, and in this prospect we would be pleased to use the content of the English collaborative work.
Having read through the Wikipedia guidelines, and more particularly the section “Wikipedia: PROMOTION” and “Wikipedia: FAQ/Organizations,” we understand that brand contribution is possible (and appreciated) only if we abide by Wikipedia policies. Our focus is to work in collaboration with you and share additional information about Chopard with you – information which would be a great contribution to Wikipedia’s continuous improvement.
If you are interested in this project, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be delighted to discuss it with you further.
Kind regards,
