Potential error
[edit]There´s an error in this Article. The Müller-Rochow-Process is only for preparing Methylchlorosilane using Methylchloride and Silicon. Chlorosilane (SiCl4H and SiCl4) are prepared as explained here but that process is not called Müller-Rochow-Process. Maybe somebody can change that....
11 nines?!
[edit]I thought it took some serious, repeated zone melting to reach that level of purity, but perhaps I was mistaken. Pretty impressive, if that's the case.
Chlorsilane → Chlorsilanes
[edit]I propose to move this article to new title. There is a compound called chlorsilane (H3SiCl) that should have a separate article. AXONOV (talk) ⚑ 00:37, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
