Requested move 3 August 2016

The result of the move request was: page moved... during the discussion, by the nom. I will discuss with them, but the result is good, just the process needs a little tidying up. Noted that the discussion was not unanimous as to the target but I assess that a very rough consensus has been achieved. Andrewa (talk) 17:34, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
Chloe X Halle → Chloe x Halle – Nearly all references to the duo refer to them as Chloe x Halle, without a capitalised 'X' TheKaphox (talk) 15:23, 3 August 2016 (UTC)
- Move to Chloe × Halle; the correct character when using an X-shape as a conjunction is that symbol, not a lower-case x. A capitalize X is the worst option, however. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 08:10, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- It appears the title is at Chloe x Halle already, which is IMO the best option. For the record, I oppose using the "×" symbol proposed above; it's an obscure symbol on the wiki (from what I can tell it only appears once, as a hatnote on multiplication sign) and I believe it is very unlikely readers will use it to find this article. Lower-case "x" is supported by reliable sources and is probably the WP:COMMONNAME. Nohomersryan (talk) 04:03, 8 August 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Key phrases include "jaw-dropping covers", "YouTube sensations", "already prolific young duo", etc. The entire article needs a stylistic rewrite but that's the biggest issue. IgnominiousIbex (talk) 04:18, 9 October 2017 (UTC)

Splitting the "Filmography" and "Awards and nomination" section
[edit]As their film career keeps growing each day, I think we should split the "Filmography" section into a new page. I also think the "Awards and nomination" section needs to splits into a new page so this page is not filled with their growing list of accolades. 110.136.154.214 (talk) 18:52, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
- I personally believe that neither of the two sections you mentioned is big enough to need a split. However, I would be in favour of splitting Chloe Bailey and Halle Bailey and keeping the Chloe x Halle page strictly for music, while following the format and layout of actor-musician sister duo Aly & AJ (with Aly Michalka and AJ Michalka). I'm bringing this up because I think that they're beginning to star in separate roles. I also suspect that after the release of The Little Mermaid (upcoming film), the general public will want to research Halle Bailey and Halle Bailey only. HeyitsBen talk 10:58, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
- I support this idea of splitting Chloe Bailey and Halle Bailey into separate pages. By splitting the page, the topic of the article would be more focused and would make it easier for the general public to research each topic of interest. Shawnkline💬 11:53, 18 March 2021 (UTC)
- I support splitting into two biographies. Chloe x Halle is a musical entity, but the two members are also individual actresses that aren't necessarily related to the music group. They both have enough notable work as individual actresses and can be split into two articles, making them easier to identify for public search. Fejkxk (talk) 13:40, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
