Upon arrival at outside the entrance, there will be a registration area for guests to register and collect their colour Bandana. Guest will be divided by colours depending on arrival. Per group approximately two hundred pax by six colours are : Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple and Orange. There will be a huge balloon arch at the entrance of the venue. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by stilt walkers, fire eaters, jugglers and mimes. Opening Gambit is for Balloon release ceremony ten bunches of balloons tight at several spots, VIPs will be invited to cut the strings simultaneously to release the balloons which marks the opening of “Big Day Out”. Activities inside will be according to a carnival theme flushed with fun-fair booths & stalls, each booth will either be “selling” food and drinks or offering games and activities to compliments PMI’s corporate colors, all fun-fair booths will be in red and white there will also be stage for performances and activities. We preparing a small enclosed place with thin wall that divide it from the rest of the area is called F&B Booth there will be food stall type food and drink booths will be serving items like Popcorn, Candy Floss, Hotdogs & Ramly burgers , Satay, Penang Char Kuewteow, “Kacang Rebus”, “Kacang Kuda”, Nasi Lemak, Rojak Buah, “Ice Kacang” “Cendol”, Lemonades, Soya Bean, Sugar Cane & Mineral Water and we also prepare tele-match,game for activities booth with kids. Games can be divided four activities. This is a ball target when each person who participates in this game will have the chance to get the ball into the inkjet print backdrop which holes in it each participant will have only have fives chances to get the ball in. The person who manage to get all fives balls in walks away with a prize.
