I'll get to this shortly.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 02:48, 31 March 2016 (UTC)
- No DABs, external links OK
- Red link the other Chinese ship in the infobox picture and link the battle, being sure to capitalize the B as it's a proper noun.
- Done. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- Don't capitalize captains in this: English Captains
- Fixed. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- She was 190 feet 2 inches (57.96 m) long overall and had a beam of 36 feet (11 m) and an average draft Take out one of the "ands"
- Done. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- Link displaced, 150-pounder gun, launched, Singapore, Manila
- Done - the 150-pounder one is a red link as there isn't an article for it yet. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- I cleaned up most of the infobox for you, but add the ship's speed and the 24-pounders to it.
- Thanks for that, I've added those two. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- She was on occasion described as a man-of-war. What do you mean by this? Given that she was an 11-gun corvette, this seems perfectly natural and not worth commenting on.
- I thought it was important, but seeing as it's a common descriptor (I didn't know), I've pulled it out. 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- You already told the reader that she was a wooden corvette and where she was built in the lede
- But I thought I had to include everything in the lede in the article text so as to include the references for it? Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- No, you're right, it should be backed up in the main body.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 15:02, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
- wooden hulled ships hyphen between wooden and hulled; and between the words of "out of date"
- Done. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- her from mound on which the lighthouse missing word, I think.
- Added the missing "the". Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- 4,000 metres (13,000 ft) change the ft to yards
- Done. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- The small boats rushed forward with their task and some 27 seconds later a massive explosion erupted from Yangwu Punctuate this better.
- I've re-written it. Wasn't the best prose in hindsight. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- over a 1 mile (1.6 km) away drop the "a"
- I was digging around trying to find out how to fix the convert template... until I realised I'd simply stuck an "a" in front of it. Fixed. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
- Be consistent about using ISBNs for those books that have one.
- Thanks, I've added the missing ISBN for the Chinese Steam Navy book. Miyagawa (talk) 19:20, 29 April 2016 (UTC)
