Attention Please
[edit]I removed "Attention Please has been adapted in to two different TV drama series." from the article. One source says it was adapted to drama series while other source says it was based on 1970 drama series. --Kusunose (talk) 23:21, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
- There was a TV drama series made in 1970 (the same year the manga was released). This was done for Japan Airlines. A newer series was made in 2006. Therefore, there were two different series. It's likely the 2006 series was at least influenced by the one from 36 years earlier. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 23:37, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
- There was a 1970 drama series and a manga released on 1970 and they are apparently related. However, from the sources, it is unclear whether the manga was adapted to the 1970 TV series or the 1970 TV series was adapted to the manga. --Kusunose (talk) 00:42, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- I noticed that the second source had corrected from aired on TV but the story was different from Hosokawa's work to the TV series was the original. The manga was an adaptation based on it and had a different story on 2007-02-04. And there is an article on ja:上條逸雄, who is the screenwriter of the 1970 drama series; the article states the manga by Chieko Hosokawa credits the original concept to Itsuo Kamijō and ... the drama was not a TV drama adaptation from the manga. Therefore, the 2006 series credits Itsuo Kamijō for the original concept., though no sources is given. --Kusunose (talk) 01:23, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'm fine with it being corrected. It shouldn't be removed, though. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 01:37, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
