"Executive Head of state (absolute monarch or executive president)"

[edit]

The Dab entry i've made the title of this talk section was perhaps less mistaken than confused, but in any case it did not serve the role of getting users from the topic-name they thot of (chief executive) to the article for the topic they had in mind. Head of state surely makes clear to our readers*** that Elizabeth II is a head of state, tho neither an "absolute monarch" nor an "executive president".
