Trivia section removed
[edit]Per avoid trivia sections, I've removed all unencyclopedic trivia from the article. Hence the whole section is gone.--Drat (Talk) 16:38, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
Kenny's Death
[edit]If Kenny doesn't die because of something, there is no reason to include it, as it provides additional spoilers. -Emhilradim 07:32, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
Plot error.
[edit]Is the plot error valid? I mean, perhaps the library bus guy knew already that Barbrady was illiterate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.114.31.238 (talk) 12:11, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
I agree and have removed the section as it is unverified and sounds like somebody's opinion byo (talk) 01:47, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
- The notion that a throwaway character like the book mobile guy would be privy to Barbrady's most personal and embarrassing secret is hardly believable, though it is likely impossible that this rather obvious and careless plot hole can ever properly be sourced.172.190.124.68 (talk) 01:20, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
parody
[edit]surely this episode is a parody of some police programme, please find out wich on and add details —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.213.64.180 (talk) 21:03, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- It's COPS. It's basically what Cartman did, only they don't beat every single person. It's a long time running FOX reality show about what cops do and what they go through every day. You might already know the theme: "Bad boys, bad boys. Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?" Check the link I gave you for extra information. Hope that clears everything up for you. 68.39.79.161 (talk) 21:06, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- You're certainly right about COPS, but the original poster may also have been referring to several instances where the episode parodies '80s cop shows and the like with freeze frames and campy music. Not sure exactly if there was a specific target of the parody or if it was more generic, but it definitely had a Stephen J. Cannell feel to it to me (with apologies to Mr. Pooner).172.190.124.68 (talk) 01:25, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Korean Translation
[edit]A better translation for 멍청이 is "idiot." The previously mentioned "retard" is not only pejorative, but inaccurate. 76.117.222.103 (talk) 21:55, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
Episode music
[edit]The music that starts playing near the end when officer Barbrady 'freezes' is not Barnaby Jones' theme. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.149.232.112 (talk) 13:50, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Production notes
[edit]Do you think it should be mentioned that this is the first South Park episode (Terrence & Philip in Not Without My Anus notwithstanding) that does not feature Chef?
Kenny's Death?
[edit]Did kenny die in this one? 68.39.79.161 (talk) 20:35, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Yes a tree falls on him right at the end. All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 17:26, 14 July 2015 (UTC).

No one thought of this?
[edit]I'm surprised that no one has noticed that 'chicken hawk' was long a term in the gay male community for an adult male who seeks out sex with boys. Chickenlover and chickenhawk are so close that the writers have to have been thinking about it. If you think it's a reach, I recommend to you the episode in which Cartman becomes a poster boy for NAMBLA. C'mon now ...
