Sections Needing Citation/Further Elaboration
[edit]There seem to be areas of this article that could benefit from further elaboration and citation, as well as general flow and clarity copyedits. I will leave specific examples to the replies, so the discussion is open to new contributors. RamenStudios (talk) 04:28, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
- The section "La Virgen de Guadalupe in Chicana Art" makes the following claim "Scholars point to how ubiquitous the Virgin Mary is in Mexican households as a cultural icon and symbol of femininity. Redefining her image was controversial because some in the religious and art world took offense to the revisions Chicana artist took on La Virgen de Guadalupe."
- It seems like this could benefit from being further researched and given a proper citation to a reputable source. Without it, it may continue to read as an unfounded claim. RamenStudios (talk) 04:30, 23 September 2024 (UTC)
