Hi all. The article states: "As Minister of Defense, he called for the use of Sky Horse missiles to rival Chinese M-class missiles." However, the Sky Horse missile project was said to be canceled in the early 80s. Chang wasn't MOND until 1994. The timeline doesn't match.
