Minor point of Confusion
[edit]chgrp group target1 [target2 ..]
The target parameters indicate the files or directories for which the change should not be made.
I am assuming that target2 would be the one that should not have the changes made. Anyone want to confirm this?
- Both are files/dirs that should have the change made. Target2 is optional. This is the corrected text -
- The target1 parameter indicates the files or directories for which the change should be made.
- The target2 parameter indicates optional additional files or directories for which the change should be made.

chgrp in ftp
[edit]it seems that schgrp is used by some ftp servers too, [1] --192.116.17.51 12:01, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
Is This Topic "Notable" Enough, or Otherwise Warranting Its Own Article?
[edit]I'm not convinced that a single Unix command should have an article dedicated to that specific command as opposed to an article that lists, as one example, the "most useful" commands. PonceDeLePwn (talk) 23:06, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
