Cheyenne Kimball article update
[edit]this page has once again been updated.... July 4th, 2006. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.32.73.95 (talk • contribs) .
- Your claim of dating Kimball has been removed. First, I'm sure you're not dating Kimball (outside of your dreams). Second, it doesn't matter, because we don't let people say things that aren't verifiable (even if true). Third, if it was verifiable, it still would be too trivial to mention. --Rob 08:17, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
Cheyenne Kimball article has been edited
[edit]I have edited the Cheyenne Kimball article to meet the standards. Just a heads up to anyone --Fanficgurl 26 April 2006 4:56 (UTC)
Brown eyes
[edit]While this statement: Cheyenne is the only one out of her her mother, her father, and her sister to have brown eyes; the others all have blue.
is not sourced and seems rather trivial to begin with, it seems rather impossible as well.
If I remember my biology correctly it is not possible for two blue eyed parents to have a child that does not also have blue eyes, as that trait is recessive.--RWR8189 09:32, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's certainly possible for blue-eyed parents to have brown-eyed children.
However, blue-eyed parents can have brown-eyed children, although genetic processes for that possibility aren’t at this time well understood.

Doesn't necessarily make it non-trivial, but it's certainly a possibility. - ZoeF 10:34, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- Excuse me! Just to let you know, this is her stepfather and not her biological father. I know the family very well and I am from Frisco, Texas. I will keep my name confidential at this time. - 68.241.133.199 I LOVE CHEYENNE KIMBALL!!!!!!!!!!-M.S.R
Well i will argue that it is very possible, seeing as both my mother and father have blue eyes, and yet me and my 3 brothers all have hazel/green eyes
Links?
[edit]I was coming to her Wikipedia section to get a couple of links to fansites, but it looks like most of them are gone. Why did they all get deleted?
Drift Away
[edit]Can someone please explain where "Drift Away" [1] which is not a cover or remake of Drift Away came from. Most lyrics engines list all the songs on The Day Has Come, "One Original Thing" from the Aquamarine Soundtrack, and Drift Away, which is on neither. TonyTheTiger 20:41, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
- It's exclusive to iTunes.
I was just on the iTunes store and did not see it. Was it only available for a limited time? If so, when? TonyTheTiger 17:00, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
It never said anything about being available for a limited time, but apparently it was. Her album is now listed as being a partial album on iTunes. Originally the album included a video, a digital booklet, Drift Away and an acoustic version of Mr. Beautiful when purchased through iTunes. Now all of those have been removed and all you get is the basic album. She also had a three track digital single including different versions of Hanging On and Breaking Your Heart that was initally available on iTunes but has apparently also been removed. The three track single is still available through other digital music stores like the Sony Connect store however.
Is she from Detroit?
[edit]Is she?
Seeing as how the article says she's from Frisco, Texas, I'm gonna have to say no, she's probably not from Detroit.
Frisco is her hometown, but I think her birthplace is Detroit.
I changed it back to Frisco as everything I've read says she was born in Frisco, and this is the first I've ever heard about Detroit. If you have proof please post it.
Born in Wilmington, NC. Moved to Frisco when she was quite young. 12.228.217.214 (talk) 18:07, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
Episode Titles
[edit]Someone messed with these, adding fake episodes 9-15. I deleted them, but since I don't know the titles of the 8 episodes there actually were I can't tell if anything was done to them.
Trivia
[edit]She named a guitar after Pamela Anderson? Does anyone have a source for this? I can't understand why she would choose someone that doesn't even play music to name her guitar after.
I'm not sure if this is just trivia, or more, but she has dated Jason Castro (one of the 11 finalists on American Idol) and there is a reference to her on his wikipedia site, so I was thinking it should go the other way around. He also appeared in a video of hers. Neutralityisimportant (talk) 20:41, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
Cheyenne Kimball
[edit]Who thinks she is pretty? I do. I think more people need to know about her and not so much on other people who are not good role models. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.134.158.138 (talk) 00:46, 17 January 2007 (UTC).
Jason Castro
[edit]Can we include that she dated American Idol finalist Jason Castro, he is even featured in her music video for Hanging On.
- If you can verify that with reliable, third-party source and properly cite it in the article, yes. Otherwise, no. That information has been added and removed dozens of times because of inadequate sourcing. Ward3001 (talk) 20:39, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Most "reality shows" are scripted. This was probably not a real relationship. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.186.199.13 (talk) 18:02, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
- And even if it was a real relationship it’s over now. 12.228.217.214 (talk) 18:09, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
Gloriana Reference
[edit]The myspace blog domain is blocked but the source of this information is from Kimball's official website which redirect to the Gloriana myspace page. In particular, the blog post titled "Tom: Where We Are And How We Got Here!". Wakkow (talk) 22:47, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
- Myspace and blogs are not acceptable sources on Wikipedia. It's not that I doubt her involvement with the band, but it needs a better source. Reverted, pending better sourcing. Ward3001 (talk) 00:49, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Put it in with a link to the band's new official website. Started a Gloriana page. Baberlp (talk) 15:43, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
Engagement
[edit]Shouldn't we add that she's engaged to Casey Twist? since this is something that's been reported by various news sites and it was posted on CMT.com..
Break from industry
[edit]Shouldn't it be noted that she moved to Nashville when she was 17 to get away for LA and take a break from the music industry, and she was working at a tanning salon unsure if she even wanted to continue with music. Then her manager Eddy snuck her into 3rd and Linsley one night where she saw Rachel, Mike, and Tom performing as a 3 piece and she talked to them about jamming together and she actually lied and told them she knew how to play mandolin. So she had to learn to play mandolin before they got together. I'm searching now for the video of her saying this.... but its from very early 2009 so its really hard to find for some reason... But i just quoted it word for word haha
