Most Notable for...?
[edit]Kehoe is not most notable "for his attempts to build an all-white country by overthrowing the United States" as they article currently states. Kehoe is most notable for being a white-supremacist murderer. It is not a matter of POV to state the circumstances for which he is objectively best known: it would not be a credible assertion to insist that the general public was more aware of his political efforts before his trial and conviction for murder of a family for their ammunition stash. Plutonium27 (talk) 19:54, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
The Trial
[edit]Firstly, I've removed the comments allegedly made by Kehoe regarding the Oklahoma City bombing as being irrelevant. More importantly, what should be expanded here are the circumstances around Kehoe's trial. Even if, in my ideal world, Kehoe and the rest of his ilk would be kept busy using their beloved ordnance on themselves, I believe that striving for the highest standard of justice for the lowest of the worst is the benchmark of the civilised society they so ironically despise. Kehoe's trial was, to put it mildly, extremely questionable, whatever the jurisdictional rules or defense offered. Besides, make a mess of the trial like his, and we get another quasi-martyr sitting on his tattooed ass in the pen, whining and litigating for ever after, all for the 'cause'? So, if I find anything good and sourced, I'll attempt to go into it myself albeit with reluctance: so far it looks like Kehoe hasn't a fan-club here but I don't want to get into edit wars with the like type who seem to inevitably crawl from under rocks whenever their precious icons of constitutional freedom get commented on. We'll see. Plutonium27 (talk) 20:49, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- I'd like to see his Oklahoma comments added back in. Also, just as an FYI, some neutral facts about him (straight-A student, etc) can be found in this NYT documentary. Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 19:17, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Chevie Kehoe is still alive. His accomplice, Daniel Lewis Lee, was executed today, not Chevie. 2600:8802:4303:F000:3DD3:B5DC:6F02:D1C3 (talk) 17:05, 14 July 2020 (UTC)

Correction Request
[edit]Not a currently at Terra Haute. That was Daniel Lee. See reference further down in article for current location. If I can come back and edit this, I will give current location and reference from article. Sorry, not familiar with this process! Thanks. 2600:1702:22D8:38D0:FC70:158F:31D:2919 (talk) 10:11, 15 January 2022 (UTC)
Edit: Stated (without citing source) at end of ‘sentencing’ section, “As of April 2021, Kehoe is held at United States Penitentiary, Big Sandy in Inez.”
Does this need a citation? I imagine a more recent lookup at BOP site would suffice or is that unnecessary since it was already cited as a source for a previous location in the same article?
Thanks again. Apologies if I’m not doing this right. (Anonymously commenting bc I cant find my login credentials; I know I registered at some point and didn’t want to again.)
It still says Terre Haute. ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1702:22D8:38D0:EC1D:16C9:DB49:B023 (talk) 06:42, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
Disregard. BOP lookup does indeed list USP Terre Haute. I swear it didn’t say that two days ago… Apologies! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1702:22D8:38D0:EC1D:16C9:DB49:B023 (talk) 06:51, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
