Missing something?
[edit]The second sentence is sorta hanging given the first sentence:
- In the 2005 election, Borrows stood as the National Party's candidate for seat of Whanganui, and was successful, defeating the incumbent Jill Pettis of the Labour Party. He had been unsuccessful in the 1999 and 2002 elections, and had decided not to stand again.
It sounds like there should be an explanation for why he did end up standing again Nil Einne (talk) 21:00, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
