i am here to explain my last edit at 17:31, 1 August 2005, which removed a significant amount of content added previously by user DengMao. i hope the deletion would not offend anyone, especially him (or her). The deletion was because i believe that the full record of Chen Gong's life, as it was presented in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, is unnecessary. It would suffice to note the significant difference between the historical record and the novelistic version, in this case the fictitious meeting and parting with Cao Cao and the dramatized Battle of Puyang. --Plastictv17:39, 1 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
