Does the Chemin de fer de l'Outaouais now own the Hull–Chelsea–Wakefield Railway as well? Peter Horn User talk 01:04, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Still in operation?

[edit]

Is this railway still in operarion? The article about the Hull–Chelsea–Wakefield Railway would indicate otherwise. Peter Horn User talk 02:01, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The railway easement (rail bed) is unstable, so the train can't run anymore. Fixing it would cost many millions of dollars, money the senior levels of government don't have, so we may never see the steam train again.70.53.215.2 (talk) 14:44, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
