Needs expansion of definition

This article would be improved by a description of what a 'Chartered Building Surveyor' actually does. I realize that the term is primarily or wholly concerned with the UK (only England and Wales?) but still it needs expansion.--TGC55 (talk) 16:40, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
