Doctor Who?
[edit]If there is a reliable source out there that this actor will be the new Doctor then please show this reliable source. Until then please do not add it to the article. Deckchair (talk) 14:37, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
Leaving EastEnders
[edit]OK, people keep reverting the fact that Charlie hates being famous, hates being recognised and "wants his life back" (his own words).
Why should this be reverted?
It's something he has genuinely stated himself, backed up by the reference provided but people keep reverting it without stating why it should be reverted. Like I've said it's something he said himself and the reference is proof of that so it can stay in his article. If you don't want this in his article then please state your reasons and discuss it here :) --5 albert square (talk) 00:21, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- The reference doesn't say he hates being famous, so I'm about to change it to something else that is confirmed by the source. anemoneprojectors│talk 00:35, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- Ah ok, sorry I could've sworn that it did. I remember that the first reference did definitely say that but unfortunately that URL is no longer in action --5 albert square (talk) 01:08, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- Fair enough. I don't remember seeing that he hated being famous, and that's silly anyway because he's staying in acting. It's just EastEnders that gets him too much attention. I bet it takes longer than a couple of months though. anemoneprojectors│talk 01:28, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, look at Mohammed George, I think he left EastEnders 2 or 3 years ago and he's not had an acting job since! --5 albert square (talk) 01:32, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- I looked already :P Imagine if he hadn't been sacked. Would he still be in EastEnders now? Erk! anemoneprojectors│talk 01:55, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
- Er, no, he wouldn't be. No way, no and never. if Gus was such an important character once the tabloid stories were proven to be untrue, why didn't Santer invite Mohammed back then? Mind you I did like in the link that I posted to Digital Spy, how he tried to lay the blame firmly at EastEnders door for all of this! Er, is it EastEnders fault that the tabloids supposedly printed untruths? I don't think so --5 albert square (talk) 02:08, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
Picture
[edit]can someone add a picture — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ericdeaththe2nd (talk • contribs) 19:04, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- As soon as someone takes a photo that they are willing to release under a Wikimedia-compatible licence, it shall be added. –anemoneprojectors– 19:28, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
Does anyone have a picture ?????????? Ericdeaththe2nd (talk
- Not a free one, I just searched. –anemoneprojectors– 23:07, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Why not use on from a website? Ericdeaththe2nd (talk • contribs) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.25.247.111 (talk) 23:22, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
- Because we need free images, not unfree (copyrighted/"fair use") ones. It has to be released with an appropriate licence. Otherwise we would just put the screenshot of Bradley Branning on the page. But we can't, because it's not a free image. –anemoneprojectors– 00:59, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
