In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Project Democracy isn't mentioned a single time?

How is it possible that someone wrote a supposedly encyclopedic article about Charles Z. Wick, but failed to mention his Project Democracy even a single time? Can this oversight be fixed? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 01:46, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
