The claim that C.S. Franklin invented the variable capacitor (patented 1902) seems at odds with the claim appearing in Wikipedia's variable capacitor entry. "The variable capacitor with air dielectric was invented by the Hungarian engineer Dezső Korda. He received a German patent for the invention on 13th December 1893." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.79.194.236 (talk) 16:46, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
Similarly, the claim that he invented coaxial cable is contradicted by the Wikipedia entry on coaxial cable that states "Coaxial cable was invented by English engineer and mathematician Oliver Heaviside, who patented the design in 1880." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.79.194.236 (talk) 17:06, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
