Charles Moncrieff Goodyear's Photo

Dear all,

I appreciate your efforts in updating Charles Moncrieff Goodyear's Wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Moncrieff_Goodyear)

We've been trying to find a photo of him, as he's the former Director General of Survey Malaysia. Despite reaching out to Manchester School and Oxford University, we haven't had any luck as they don't have photos from that time period. If you have any suggestions on where we could find his photo, I'd greatly appreciate your advice.
