Tone of this Wikipedia page

This entire article sounds like it was written by a public relations firm for the author. It makes unsupported claims about the importance and impact of the author's career. I have a high regard for the author, but this sugar coating of a career sounds like a promotion instead of an encyclopedic article. If someone is widely regarded as being something, references should make clear who regards this person in that light. I have tried to tone it down a bit and caught some incorrect assertions, but the article could use a further copy edit for a more encyclopedic tone with appropriate references to accurately characterize this author's career.Hifrommike65 (talk) 07:00, 23 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
