I went looking for a Wikipedia page on Charles Forster Smith... NONE Existed but there was a German Wikipedia Article that must have come from a previously existing English article...

SOMEONE DELETED "Charles Forster Smith" for some reason... NOT GOOD...

I've merely put this translation of the German entry up so that something exists... PLEASE fix it up properly... Thanks...
