There's no wikilink to the Heart Attack page, so I assume it is not a myocardial infarction. I don't have Johnson's bio aside from this very page, so I can't look up his real cause of death easily.

That link to Google Scholar doesn't actually show anything called a "heart seizure" on the first page, just articles with at least one of those words in them.
