First Corps Area ?
[edit]The article states:
- "In mid-1924, Roberts was ordered to Boston, where he was appointed Chief of Staff, First Corps Area under Major general Preston Brown. He remained in that capacity until 1927, when he was transferred to Fort Benning, Georgia and appointed Head of the Infantry Board.[1]"
Preston Brown did not command the First Corps Area in 1924-1927 according to his article (aod). He commanded the Sixth Corps Area in 1933. The source provided for that statement is a Halstead Dorey bio on "alumni.westpointaog.org" ... which mentions neither of the two. Alexpl (talk) 19:06, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
