Ernst Rudiger Starhemberg wasn't chancellor
[edit]Ernst Rudiger Starhemberg was never chancellor of Austria, either after the assassination of Dollfuß. He was in the position of a Vice Chancellor and Minister of the Interior. I correct this.
Austria-Hungary
[edit]While I know that both countries could equally claim them, I still think heads of Austro-Hungarian executives should be here. --PaxEquilibrium (talk) 18:48, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Chancellor of Austria. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20120115013942/http://www.kaisergruft.at:80/kaisergruft/metternich.htm to http://www.kaisergruft.at/kaisergruft/metternich.htm
List of living chancellors
[edit]Löger was only an interime chancellor. So either you remove him or you add Reinhold Mitterlehner

Who takes over from Kern?
[edit]Kern was just removed, so we have to change the page, but I can’t figure out who is replacing him. Dogblock (talk) 15:50, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
Kurz was not yet removed. He is still the incumbent.
Who takes over from Kurz?
[edit]@Colonestarrice: Hi, have you noticed Brigitte Bierlein is named interim chancellor of Austria, after a parliamentary motion of no confidence dismisses the government of Sebastian Kurz on May 30, 2019.? I didn't understand the reason you reverted the edit and please upgrade the article yourself. Regards. AbDaryaee (talk) 13:53, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, she was designated for the office of chancellor but does not yet actually hold it. Colonestarrice (talk) 14:02, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
- OK. Satisfied, then update it whenever she holds the office. AbDaryaee (talk) 14:16, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
Who takes over from Kurz (x2)?
[edit]Kurz has been removed from the Chancellorship again and has been replaced by Alexander Schallenberg as of 11 October 2021. Should we now update the page and relative information? Hyraemous (talk) 14:39, 12 October 2021 (UTC)
- Never mind, edit has been made. Thank you! Hyraemous (talk) 13:17, 15 October 2021 (UTC)
