" to have a female-only team at the 2012 Games" - should 'games' be capitalised in this case?
"had been her countries flag bearer for both ceremonies" - country's
It might be best to remove the "NR" and "N/A" lines from the key as they're not mentioned in the tables. You can leave them as the are if you prefer
