Distinction from stimulants?

It's not clear from the article exactly how a "cerebral activator" is different from a CNS stimulant. Can anyone clarify what exactly the difference is between the two, or if not, then merge this page into psychostimulant? -Mojace (talk) 13:49, 30 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
