Updates needed

It looks like a lot of the material in this article may be outdated, or at least that some of the statements (and references) need to be updated to more accurately reflect the current understanding of Cereblon, analogs and related factors and pathways associated with thalidomide, as well as the teratogenic effects implied or associated here.
