[edit]Just to say I love this line - bit of lovely dry wit. Adambrowne666 (talk) 11:20, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
St Alban
[edit]I understand St Alban, Britain's protomartyr, is often confused with Alban of Mainz, but does this really extend to his becoming cephalophoric? I note that there is no reference to this on St Alban's Wikipedia page, the images of him there do not show him carrying his head, and I've not seen one that does (although admittedly I've not seen many). It would be good to have references or illustrations to confirm this recent addition to the list. Sjwells53 (talk) 18:22, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

saint?
[edit]The first line says 'is a saint' but the section Literature talks about non-saints. --2607:FEA8:D5DF:1AF0:89E4:B3DB:7CD7:65FD (talk) 12:30, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
