Other names
[edit]In 1952 and 1930, it was Central Bible Institute. I don’t know when they changed the name. 伟思礼 (talk) 06:56, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
Citation for notable?
[edit]There are eight "notable alumni." Why does one of them need a citation and seven don’t? 伟思礼 (talk) 06:56, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
Neutrality issues
[edit]TSBoncompte: It looks more like propaganda that like an encyclopedia article...
Removal of substantial text
[edit]On 1 July 2007, Grey Wanderer removed almost all of the text and converted the article to a stub. While I agree with TSBoncompte that the article needed substantial rewriting, I disagree with Grey Wanderer's comment "the link should be enough". The meat of the history of the Central Bible College should be restored in a non-copyright violation form. --Bejnar 23:13, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
Be Bold and feel free to add the history section back in a non-copyrighted form, as for the notable alumni section, alumni probably need sources and if they don't merit the own wiki page might not meet notablity guidelines. If a person is linked we don't need a summary of everything they have done, thats what their page is for, just what they are most notable as or their profession. Thanks Grey Wanderer | Talk 01:28, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
Coed
[edit]The school is coed. Non-American readers may not be familiar with that term so it is appropriate to link it. Since its coed status has been removed in the past, without comment, it is appropriate to substantiate with a footnote to a reliable source. --Bejnar (talk) 15:53, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
