Creation of article

A 1953-byte stub existed on the French WP at time of creation, but none of it was reused in creation of the English article (so no translation or copyright notice such as the one recommended in the {{Expand French}} template is needed here). This article was created from scratch. Mathglot (talk) 10:19, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Initial version is basically done, though it needs work to make it flow better, to fill out certain sections, and add references. Removing the {{Under construction}} banner. Mathglot (talk) 00:35, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
