The name of this article

The name of this article is too non-specific, giving almost no clue regarding the content. Capital "I" is also against the guidelines. I'm inclined to move it to "Cement incident (Palestine)". Does anyone have another suggestion? Zero^talk 01:11, 27 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
