Seems to be a problem here - figure 1 is missing

I think this should be renamed Cell phone concepts (so it is clear don't mean biological cells) but there are a number of related artciles beginning cellular that should be changed too. RJFJR (talk) 16:10, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think the article either should be merged with cellular network, since it already is highly overlapping with that, or it should be splitted into several articles, one about each concept, since "Cellular concepts" is not a common term with a clear definition. "Topic X concepts" is not a typical encyclopedic article name. (There are however a few exceptions: List of patent legal concepts, List of waste management concepts , KM concepts.)
