I went to the emergency room with a airway obstruction this was on 05/04/23 at about 7pm. I had a piece of fruit stuck in my airway. I could touch it but I couldn’t get it out, my discharge time was 22.49. My complaint is, it was over 4 hours before anyone looked down my throat, I told the doctor I could feel the obstruction in my throat to get the tongs and reach in to get it. And when he asked what was my insurance and I said Medicaid the doctor insisted that I have a x-ray that was completely unnecessary (just to drive the price up) I’ve complained about this before but you didn’t take me seriously. The doctor chose to call in a specialist ( also to run up the bill) and do know what he did? He looked down my throat and got a pair of tongs and pulled it out . I’m really thinking about turning this place in for (padding the bill), it cost the taxpayers and it’s not right. 98.159.213.130 (talk) 20:48, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
