The article constantly refers to the updated Master plan as "proposed." The master plan was officially adopted in August 2008 ref: http://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/43013.html Jeff Wilson 02:31, 3 December 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wilsonjd (talk • contribs)
