Consort?
[edit]I understand that she was never Empress Regnant (which would be essentially a female Emperor), but was she not even called "Empress" Consort while married to the Emperor? The Mysterious El Willstro (talk) 07:22, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
Constantine XI was a widower when ascending to the throne. She was as much an Empress as Anne Hyde was Queen of Scotland. Dimadick (talk) 09:24, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
