About the Comcast channels
I have Comcast Digital Cable, yet Cartoon Network is not on any of those specific channels. The network is on a channel not listed in the article. Should this be corrected? Squirepants101 22:59, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
- Probably just change it to "channels vary" since it is likely dependent on your region and service. 24.6.99.30 09:35, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
Adult Swim section
"[adult swim...]plays American animated comedy series and shorts geared towards audiences 17 and older and a wide variety of anime series and OVAs intended for audiences 18 and older." So Fullmetal Alchemist and InuYasha, both "shonen" (meaning "young boy" in Japanese) shows, one of them actually starting with a message to "children" watching it in Japan, are "intended for audiences 18+ and older"? ... AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 89.122.207.83 (talk) 17:04, 10 February 2007 (UTC).

Is Christmas in July worth mentioning?
I was looking through this article, and I couldn't find Christmas in July anywhere. I also don't remember much of it, but I'm pretty sure it should a few movies, and was hosted by the red guy from Cow & Chicken. Abby724 23:40, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
About the changes
Let me tell you something, I put on (Cartoon Network oringal movies) March 21, 2007 for the Ed Edd n Eddy movie on April 27, yet it says on history, April 28. owner 00:56, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
um...requested article?
why isnt there an article on the new cartoon network show Storm Hawks? i'm even watching it as i type this.--Fred Fredburger: Lord of Horror 00:24, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
- One was created roughly 5 hours after you wrote that, turns out it doesn't exist as a series currently and only exists as either 2 pilot episodes or 1 44 minute mini-movie dependant on where you are watching. --treelo talk 22:15, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
Present Shows
Hasn't anybody noticed the Present Shows section. There are shows i there that were never even shown on Cartoon Network. And some of them are no longer shown, so why are they in the list? I think someone needs to take a look at this. Tails0600 01:38, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Copyright infringement?
This article uses two YouTube links as references. Are they considered copyright infringement and should they be removed? Pants(T) 02:30, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
The articles that use these links wouldn't be referenced. Besides, Youtube allows people to link it from any site, and wikipedia allows reference from any site. So they do go hand-in-hand. Papa Mama 21:45, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
About Cartoon Network's 10th Anniversary
I feel as though this section is being moved around to much, I believe it should be merged with the 1994-2004 section. Suggestions please? Papa Mama 17:15, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
15th Anniversary
The article says that nothing is planned for CN's 15th anniversary, but then on the Cartoon Cartoon Fridays article it says that 2 weeks of the original Cartoon Cartoon Fridays (the one hosted by the cartoon cartoons) will be shown in honor of Cartoon Network's 15th before the launch of the new friday block Fried Dynamite. I've also heard rumors about this, but can't confirm it. Is it true. If so, should we put it here?? If not, should I take it off the Cartoon Cartoon Fridays article???? 68.195.110.145 16:48, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
I'll have the info taken off, it's only a rumor. Papa Mama 20:42, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
It's still there, and I wouldn't take it off just yet, unless of course you're absolutely certain about it. 68.195.110.145 23:42, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
No, someone already took it off and put it back, I haven't seen anything confirming this "Old Fridays" thing for the 15th Anniversary, but I guess we can just wait and see. Papa Mama 23:36, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
Self Contradictory (Fried Dynamite)
The article appears to contradict itself about Fried Dynamite's premiere. The Fridays section says it will premiere in late Summer, while the 10th Anniversary section says it premieres around the network's 15th anniversary, which is in Fall. One of these sources are obviously false. Please see if there is any information on which is true. As for now, i'll delete the info on the 10th anniversary section since it was more recent, besides, the section is about the 10th, not the 15th anniversary. Papa Mama 22:21, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Theatre Movies: Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show will not air October 2007
The movie Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show from the series Ed, Edd n Eddy has been reduced to October 2007. That is completely incorrect due to the fake Ed, Edd n Eddy episode "All Good Things Come To An Ed (Ed, Edd n Eddy)". Since the fansite said that 3-part episode was a movie, and it's supposed to air on October 2007, that's FAKE. Even the A.K.A. cast & crew said that's a fake episode never been in production and aired in '06 or even '07. Please note it will come out Summer 2008 since the voice of Nazz/May Erin Fitzgernald told everyone it will come out Summer 2008. Just wanted to let you know, and I hope you'll let me change it back. Thank you.--The cartoon dude 15:25, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the info, we'll try to eliminate any rumors similiar to this in the future. Papa Mama 18:02, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
Boomerang
Someone wrote in the Cartoon Cartoons section that Boomerang, the programming block, return september 1 2007, which was 5 days ago. Though I know that a couple of classic shows come on in the morning (A pup named Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo where are you), it was not called Boomerang or anything else. Plus, it was aired regularly along side new shows (Pup Scooby Doo, then Camp Lazlo, ...., then Scooby Where are you). Either way, it's false. Even if it wasn't, it doesn't belong in the Cartoon Cartoons section. Just clearing things up 24.186.101.182 19:45, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Tickle U logo.png
Image:Tickle U logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The section Cartoon Network#Criticism contains much unverifiable and unsourced material, and as far as I care, this is basically original research. I've tagged it as such, and unless refs can be brought to bear, most of this will be deleted. Yngvarr (t) (c) 23:23, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
Fall Theme
Should there be a mention about how cartoon network kind of has a 'new look'. You know, the one with the city in the background and the doodles floating around and that song. Isn't it like a fall theme or something. I don't know if it's going to stay like this until fall is over and then there will either be a winter theme, the return to the style before the summer, or a totally new theme. Either way, it seems to be relatively long term, so should there be some mention?? 24.186.101.182 17:56, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

Prime Time info incorrect
Alright someone added primetime to this site and I salute them for doing it but the info is a bit incorrect. First of all the block titled primetime didn't begin until May 28, 2001. The reason how I know this is because I recall on May 21, 2001(a week before the 28th) they were using the regular bumps and there was no name devoted towards the M-Th primetime portion of the day but however I tuned into CN on the 28th and noticed they finally devoted a name towards the primetime portion for M-Th. The primetime block throughout it's time being on the network has played just about ever cartoon cartoon CN has ever created(excluding what a cartoon, Cow and Chicken, I am Weasel, Mike Lu & Og, Sheep in the big City and Robot Jones), kids WB shows(Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, X-Men Evolution, Jackie Chan Adventures and I can say Scooby Doo because WB did play that show too), action oriented shows(Samurai Jack, Justice League and I believe BTAS and STAS may of been on primetime for a week or so), Flintstones, Scooby Doo and Scooby Titles(This name was used to describe a slot in which was shared by where are you, 13 ghosts and scooby and scrappy). Primetime was excluded from the network on June 14, 2004 due to the fact that CN introduced a new logo and a new look.

Toonami Section
I think the Toonami section is redundant, it lists the descripion for Rising sun, Super Saturdays, and Midnight Run twice and I think it has two close parentheses that don't have openings. Should this be fixed?--72.88.108.41 (talk) 00:44, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
- Since Toonami already has its own article, I just copied the intro paragraphs into that section and deleted the rest. The intro stuff should be fairly static, so there's no reason why someone should have to maintain two separate sections. Things can easily get out of sync when they change one and forget about the other. Yngvarr 00:57, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
The grim adventures of the KND
its in the movies section i removed it and replaced the 13 with a 12 Godzillastar 00:04, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
- Why delete it? It's a TV movie that aired on CN. As far as I can tell, it should be listed. And there are 16 listed, not 12 or 13. Yngvarr 01:20, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
It's not a movie, it's a special. It was only half an hour. 24.186.101.182 16:35, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
Wrong! In fact, completely. It is a movie. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Deathlive2 (talk • contribs) 16:48, December 17, 2007
- It still doesn't address the disparity between what is listed versus the total number of movies. Since the 3000 Christmas movie aired this weekend (as of my writing), I've adjusted the numbers. I've added a ref request for the EE&E movie; all the information I can find conflicts with each other. Yngvarr 11:44, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
Numbuh 1 (Joke since were talking about the KND) i want to say thats cleared up that it wasnt a movie Numbuh 2 i was just re-arranging the #'s to be accurate did a vandal or a foolish person do something to it well know that thats all talked about i think were good —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.208.62.88 (talk) 00:44, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
Jennifer Davidson
Now that the new Sr. VP is dead, do you think it will have any long-term affects on the network? I mean, she seemed to be a little "pro-live action" in a sense, but she also still believed in animation somewhat. So, will this predicament kill the network, or just cripple it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.67.39.128 (talk) 19:56, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- You left zero options (dead or dead), and based on your edit history, you've already made your judgment [1][2][3] But that issue is not appropriate for this venue. Speculation about the future of the network belongs on a fanpage; this is for factual information. Perhaps a mention of their loss is appropriate, beyond that, anything is just guesswork and we'd have to wait and see. Yngvarr 20:04, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

Mysteries Inc.
does anyone remember Mysteries inc? it was programming block back in the 90's i don't remember much about it anymore except it showed mystery themed shows like scooby doo, josie and the pussycats, jabberjack and hong kong fooey. i dont know the excact years or have a complete list of shows, but if ive jogged anyone elses memory or if there some place to look it up maybe somebody could help out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gailim (talk • contribs) 13:23, January 10, 2008
- The best I could find was something called "Sunday Afternoon Mysteries". Here is a bumper [4] and here is a now-apparently-dead site that listed some of the old scheduling [5] Yngvarr 21:04, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
