Wikipedia guidelines

The order of sections was re-ordered with the explanation "Moving section per guidelines", as though that were a hard rule. I have undone that change. Per the guidelines, "The order of sections is also completely optional, and sections may be moved around to a different order based on the needs of their city."

As LA has over 400 neighborhoods, and some with very similar names ("Carthay Circle", "Carthay Square", "South Carthay", and just plain ole "Carthay", and all with similar histories...the first thing listed should be the location...as that is what separates them from each other.

Wondering if I am the only person who thinks this way....I also did a quick search of other neighborhoods - Greenwich Village, Upper West Side,Lower East Side Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village - and see geography listed first.
