[edit]I must disclose that I am Carol Heifetz Neiman's son.
That said, Carol Heifetz Neiman was a feminist artist, itself a Wikipedia entry, based in Los Angeles. Before her death in 1990, her work was documented in Betty Ann Brown's book "Exposures in Art", which has a Wikipedia entry, and she was president of the National Women's Caucus for Art.
I respect the guidelines for vetting entries and appreciate that these guidelines have helped make Wikipedia the valuable resource that it is today.
Thank you for your consideration, Matthew Margolin
