I don't know any Low Saxon, but the pronunciations strike me as unlikely, as they did s.o. who commented on my talk page. — kwami (talk) 04:51, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

While accurate according to https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnaval_des_Bolzes , the image of "Grand Rababou" on this particular entry doesn't appear entirely necessary or relevant and instead conveys unnecessary emphasis on anti-Semitic propaganda (defined as such by the photos caption "rabbi" and "boo" and also by this https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnaval_des_Bolzes entry, which translated states "The Rababou once symbolized the rababouêt, or wood thief... is guilty of all evils."). Instead, I'd suggest using a photo from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swabian-Alemannic_Fastnacht to symbolize the variation in the carnivals in this part of the world. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Laraku05 (talkcontribs) 23:09, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
