The result of the move request was: Page moved to Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – South Side Yashovardhan (talk) 18:40, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
South Side Branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh → Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh- South Side – This is the correct name of this library. www.carnegielibrary.org/southside. Suzylibrarian (talk) 16:24, 10 April 2017 (UTC)--Relisting. Yashovardhan (talk) 13:10, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
- Support, except that I think it should be "Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – South Side" with a hyphen instead of a dash and spaces on both sides of the hyphen. Whether a redirect of "Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - South Side" (with the dash, which is typeable, in place of the hyphen) needs to be created also I actually forget -- maybe the person closing this will know.
- Your link doesn't work, but this one calls it just "South Side" but later says "CLP – South Side still houses...". But that doesn't mater. "Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – South Side" is slightly more concise (one of the Five Virtues), and IMO also more natural. Searching on "South..." or even "South side..." will bring up many entities that are not this library, and the fact that it is part of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh is the most important thing about it (not that it is on the south side), and that should be front and center.
- As to WP:COMMONAME, I haven't checked and don't know, but it is probably not referred to that much at all, and so may not have a common name. Herostratus (talk) 16:52, 25 April 2017 (UTC)
