A definitively verified date and year of birth for the Thomas twins (Carmen and Camille) would be appreciated. Carmen's personal blog says they would commemorate their birthday on the Sunday following June 3, 2010, which fell on June 6. Fair enough, but there is no consistent reporting of the year. Camille's personal blog entry of June 12, 2007 says they "just had a birthday, celebrated in New York...you only turn 19 once!", indicating they were born in 1988. This contrasts sharply with outside sources: A June 21, 2007 article in the Worcester Telegram newspaper said the "26-year-old sisters were playing at The Newport Blues Café," suggesting a year of birth of 1980 or 1981. Club Vibes issued an advertisement on March 5, 2006 for a nightclub performance by the "twenty-four year old twins," implying 1981 or 1982. Finally, a music blog entry dated November 17, 2007 referred to them as "22-year old twins," hinting at 1984 or 1985!
Such diversity in reporting a burgeoning celebrity's basic vital statistic is astonishing. Nineteen eighty-one seemed the most plausible, and was incorporated in the article, with citations. Vlanko (talk) 09:58, 28 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
