Puerto Rican?
[edit]He was born in PR but raised in New York. If that makes him Puerto Rican, then is every child born of a US soldier stationed in, say, Germany a German? I’ve probably lived in PR longer than Mr. Almomar, but not born there, so what am I? A kid born in an emergency delivery of American parents on vacation in Acapulco is Mexican?
