Discussion

[edit]

I think some of the information can be broken up and taken out of the introduction. For example, instead of discussing in depth all of the different ways to assess CRF, you can briefly mention the different ways in the introduction and then go into greater depth further down the article. I think it's good form to have a section of detail in the body for every topic mentioned in the introduction, and that will help readers find what's important to them in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TachZav (talkcontribs) 02:31, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Planned Revision

[edit]

I'm planning on expanding this article and adding the following sections: cellular basis for cardiorespiratory fitness, health benefits, exercise as a means of improving CRF, and medical considerations. I also hope to expand on the "measurement" section and offer some revision for clarity of the current article's state.

I have the following concern regarding the first paragraph of the "measurement" section. What method of CRF measurement is the text referring to, specifically. I think that the paragraph could use some revision to make it more accessible in plain language and for clarity, along with more citations. Nufris10 (talk) 18:56, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
