Proposed Edits
[edit]I am acting on behalf of Cara Tannenbaum to flag the following inaccuracies:
- Since 2005, she has been the Scientific Director of Canadian Institutes of Health Research's Institute of Gender and Health.[1][2] The two references for this sentence indicate that Dr. Tannenbaum has held this position since 2015, not 2005.
- She is now a professor of medicine and pharmacy at the Université de Montréal, where she conducts research at the Centre de recherche de l’Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal, and also is the director of the Canadian Deprescribing Network (CaDeN). Dr. Tannenbaum is a former director of the Canadian Deprescribing Network, but is no longer serving in this role.[3] Reference #5 is also a broken link. Suggestion to replace with: https://criugm.qc.ca/en/chercheurs/tannenbaum-cara-en/.
I would also like to propose the following additions:
- Dr. Tannenbaum was appointed as the Departmental Science Advisor for Health Canada in 2019. [4]
- Dr. Tannenbaum co-founded the CanCOVID network in 2020.[5][6][7]
- Dr. Tannenbaum has received several awards and honors since the article was last updated. For example: Canadian Science Policy Centre Exceptional Contribution to Science Policy Award: Trailblazer (2020)[8]; Society of Chemical Industry Purvis Memorial Award (2020)[9]; American Society for Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics William B. Abrams Awards in Geriatric Clinical Pharmacology (2021).[10]
